Her background is in textile design and project management as she worked for over 25 years as a Design Director for a large international textile company. As a design director, Jozien worked hand in hand not solely with her clients, but her employees as well. This experience allowed her to understand the requirements to truly listen and act accordingly, which has undoubtedly been a fundamental attribute to her success in the Real Estate industry.
Furthermore, Jozien encompasses an interest for community issues which is the reason for which she is and has been for the past 13 years a volunteer member of the board of directors for the non-profit Association for the Protection of Angell Woods (APAW/APBA) situated in Beaconsfield Quebec.
